By submitting the booking form, customers explicitly consent to receive SMS notifications related to their reservation.

This includes:

  • A booking confirmation message
  • Ride details and pickup information
  • Updates about the status of their ride
  • Important notifications related to their booking

Customers also consent through the displayed message on the booking form:

“By providing your phone number and completing your booking, you agree to receive SMS notifications from Boston Coach Way regarding your reservation. Standard message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe.”

The booking form clearly informs customers that SMS will be used strictly for service-related communication.

Purpose of SMS Notifications

Boston Coach Way uses SMS strictly for non-marketing, operational communication.

Messages may include:

  • Confirmation of a new booking
  • Notification to the customer after successful payment
  • Updates regarding pickup, drop-off, or driver-assigned information
  • Notification to the admin that a new booking has been received
  • Urgent ride-related notices (if necessary)

We do not send promotional or marketing messages using SMS.
