By accessing or using our website https://bostoncoachway.com, booking any of our services, or communicating with us by phone, email, or otherwise, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions..

Services Overview

Boston Coach Way provides bus rentals, coach charters, and private car services throughout Massachusetts. Our services include but are not limited to:

      • Charter Bus Rental Service
      • Event Transfer Service
      • Sightseeing Tour Service
      • Shuttle Bus Rental Service
      • Corporate Transfer Service
      • Black Car Service

All bookings and services are subject to vehicle availability, scheduling, and compliance with local transportation regulations.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to use our services or make reservations. By booking, you represent that all information you provide is accurate, complete, and up to date.

Booking & Confirmation

      • Bookings can be made via our website, phone, or email.
      • A booking is considered confirmed once payment (full or deposit) is received and a confirmation message is issued by Boston Coach Way team.
      • You are responsible for verifying all details (pickup location, date, time, and passenger count) in your booking confirmation.
      • Any special requests or modifications must be communicated in writing and approved in advance.

Payment Terms

      • We accept major credit/debit cards and other secure payment methods as displayed on our website.
      • Full payment or a deposit (as specified during booking) must be made to confirm a reservation.
      • For group or corporate bookings, invoices must be settled within the agreed time frame.
      • All prices are quoted in the U.S. Dollars (USD) and may be subject to applicable taxes and fees.
      • Boston Coach Way reserves the right to adjust pricing based on distance, service duration, or peak demand periods.

Cancellations & Refund Policy

We understand that travel plans may change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent:

      • Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled service: Full refund (minus processing fees, if applicable).
      • Cancellations made within 24–48 hours: 50% refund or service credit (at management’s discretion).
      • Cancellations made within 24 hours or no-shows: Non-refundable.

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method within 5–10 business days. Please contact info@bostoncoachway.com for cancellation requests.

Service Modifications & Delays

      • We strive to maintain punctuality and reliability; however, unforeseen events (traffic, weather, road closures, or mechanical issues) may cause delays.
      • In such cases, Boston CoachWay will make reasonable efforts to minimize inconvenience or provide alternate arrangements.
      • We are not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control, including acts of nature or third-party actions.

Passenger Conduct

For the safety and comfort of all passengers:

      • Consumption of illegal substances is strictly prohibited in all vehicles.
      • Passengers must wear seat belts at all times when available.
      • Any damage to the vehicle caused by negligence or misconduct will be billed to the responsible party.
      • The driver reserves the right to refuse service to any passenger behaving in a disorderly, threatening, or unsafe manner.

Luggage & Personal Belongings

Passengers are responsible for their personal items. Boston Coach Way is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged belongings left in vehicles during or after service. For safety reasons, luggage capacity is limited based on vehicle type and must be disclosed at booking.

Vehicle Usage & Availability

      • Vehicle type is confirmed at booking but may be substituted with a similar or upgraded model if necessary.
      • Unauthorized use of vehicles (e.g., extending trip duration without prior approval) may result in additional charges.
      • Drivers operate in compliance with state driving regulations and company safety policies.

Liability & Disclaimer

      • Boston Coach Way and Uptown Transport Inc. are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service delays, cancellations, or third-party failures.
      • Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service involved.
      • We are not responsible for missed flights, events, or appointments due to unforeseen delays.

Force Majeure

Boston CoachWay shall not be held responsible for any failure or delay in performance resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, accidents, strikes, war, public health emergencies, or government restrictions.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including text, graphics, logos, images, and trademarks—is the property of Boston Coach Way or Uptown Transport Inc. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any content is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.

Privacy Policy

Use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your personal information. By agreeing to these Terms, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and accepted our Privacy Policy.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Boston Coach Way, Uptown Transport Inc., its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your misuse of our services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

Waiver
